Grapevine: 80% Malbec – 20% Merlot.
A young wine, yet its color is intense violet. Its scent is very expressive, standing out black fruits such as blackberries, red peppers, with a background of blackberry jam. It is fresh and medium bodied with a soft mineral flavor, soft tannins, and a long aftertaste on the palate.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
It is good with a choice of pastas with beef, ossobuco. It is a good fit with Peruvian Creole food and food cooked on grills.
