Natural fermentation (Charmat Method).
After the elaboration of a fine and aromatic wine with Chenin grape comes the second fermentation that will generate the effervescence of the wine and a very intense aromatic complexity. It has a light yellow with green hues. On the nose are delicate aromas of white flowers and dried fruit, almonds and hazelnuts. In the mouth the sensations are more to white fruits, peach and plum. A fresh and balanced wine, with bubbles spreading in the mouth.
