It is a blend of two varieties of grapes: Italia which is an aromatic grape and Quebranta which is a non–aromatic grape.

Clean, clear, colorless, and bright on sight. Its scent is very special as it reflects herbaceous and fruit aromas at the same time such as peach. It is the ideal match on the palate as it combines the strength of the Italia grape with the extreme roundness of the Quebranta grape.
